Jessica M. was great! I didnt wait on hold. Talked a person within seconds everytime i called. She stayed on the phone with me a couple minutes after close making sure the space was exactly what i needed. And called the next morning to check in. Will uses this company anytime i can!!!

Someone cut our lock off and put another one on but nothing was missing. Our bill was always current and no one at the storage facility knew anything about it and we had to torch the lock to get in. It was a strange.Additionally...when we moved our stuff out the cops were there and we talked with a couple who had their stuff stolen. We were told the cameras arent functional but have not verified. We will try somewhere else in the future.
