Nothing but the best service from Tracie and Tim. This is no longer Safeguard Self Storage, but I’m happy Mimi Mall Storage retained the same friendly, professional, and supportive staff!

I toured this facility as I’m relocating to the area from New Orleans,I had the pleasure of being toured by facility manager, Ms. Tracey. She was amazing!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! The facility is gorgeous, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a storage facility so clean. They offer coffee and water moving carts and clean bathrooms! Also you can tell she really cares for her tenants! I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. But definitely give this place a try! 10/10
