Mini Mall Storage - Morgantown

I had rented from the company for 5 years. They sold out to minimall. They are the worst company every. They started charging extra fees. They now charge $50 more fees than the actual rent. I have 3 buildings and I am done with them. I am moving everything out by the 1 st of the month. People who rent from them better check those extra fees they charge

This place is just adding fee after fee. A year ago one unit was $113, now it is $167. They are finding every way they can to squeeze more money out of people. Don’t rent here, some really awful people in this new ownership group.

We’ve rented units at this site for 2 years and had no issues. Mini Mall recently purchased it from Rhino. Our gate code which has worked for 2 years stopped working. We were enrolled in auto pay with Rhino and now Mini Mall is charging late fees when we were sent emails that auto pay would transfer. Do Not rent a unit at this site. No one answers the phones and no issues are ever resolved. We are leaving this site to store with a local business.

I rented a unit 2 days ago. I've been trying to access it, but my code does not work, and nobody answers the phone whenever I call.

Don't rent from this place. The old ownership was great, but this new group is garbage.
