First time renting a unit, the facility was clean, the office was home like, the staff was polite and fulling willing to work with you with three sepererate issues in a hasty way while it was busy; quality customer service.

So, Brandi at the front desk was very helpful, and quite professional. She seems to have a quiet demeanor, but I can tell she could negotiate with an irate customer, if necessary. If choosing to use the business, however, I would strongly encourage you to get a full understanding of how the business runs with their contract with you. There are some promotional credits at first, and they definitely want you to do auto-withdrawal from your account. One day late, and you will know it. However, this information is available to you in the beginning, so pay attention. Biggest reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the company's aggressive behavior after the fact - texts, emails, calls within one day. I imagine it has evolved that way, though, due to past customer behavior. Can't hold it against their employees, who do a great job. Thanks.
