Order a small storage unit online and when me and my mom got there, my mom told Jessica what we were storing and Jessica told my mom that she needed 10' by 20' unit, Jessica was very helpful to my mom to find the best and right units to store our stuff

Overpriced,poor communication. Prices go up with no good reasoning. Not locally owned is big problem
