Great place to store your treasures

Worst place to leave your belongings!!! If you read through the reviews let me tell you that one thing is apparent, they are bogus. Read them carefully as you will clearly see that they are written boasting the employees who work for the Salina minimall. Let me tell you what they are really like. Scammers!!. I rented a couple units and long story short is I was paid in full but yet they had my units locked up without me having access codes to get my stuff. I went and got into one unit and cleared it out and went back to get into my other unit and it was locked up with no one to get ahold of. I called and I called because I live 4 hrs away. They ended up telling me I couldn't get back into the storage and they were going to take my stuff. Which they did. I was later contacted by someone who said he felt bad this happened to me and sent me a box of things from my storage. Like an evil deed it was, I opened up the box when I got it and it was NOT MY STUFF. IT WAS SOMEONE ELSES STUFF THEY HAD TAKEN. I Would recommend you find another storage facility. And I would recommend you and anyone else you know to spread the word about this storage company. Scammers and they know it. Sad business that you will never get a hold of after you put your stuff in there. And as for the bogus reviews. That's so lame. DO BETTER!!!!

I am giving a 5 star rating because of the great customer service, personal and professional services, the consistently well manicured lawn and cleanliness of the facilities, including the grounds.
I also commend the employees, like Tiffany and Ashley whom, in my humblest opinion, for being outgoing and energetic in their respective positions, as well as, being openly polite, respectful, assertive and professional. If I owned and operated a business I definitely would want to meet and hire, as employees, their twins.
Keep up the great, good is a watered down word, work ladies. And as for Mini Mall Storage, continue to employ, in demand studious women, like Tiffany and Ashley at Mini Mall Storage, Clark Street Salina, KS.
