Wonderful facility. Very friendly and helpful. Brittany explained everything perfectly like the fees and etc. Would recommend coming to Mini Mall Storage. They now have 3 locations in Shelby which each location is very easy to get too.

I spoke to Britney I believe her name was and she helped me with finding the right the unit we needed and introduced herself to me and said she was going to be there working now and she is just so sweet and explains everything and was just so down to earth. She showed me a unit and my husband and myself will be there next Friday to rent a unit from her. She explained today was her first day by herself and she did amazing.

0/10 the walls and doors are not sealed properly and some of my belongings were chewed through by rats. Even though my account was auto pay, every few months I’d get a notice that my account was past due and my access was blocked. The last time it happened they charged me a fee despite the fact I was not at fault. When it happened this month, it was the last time. I got a storage unit in a clean well kept lot with triple the space for less per square foot. I was pleased to see my new unit doesn’t charge an extra fee for every thing they can think of. In addition to rent,
place charges an administrative fee, a payment fee, and a maintenance fee. All those little things that should be covered by the rental fee. One final note, the staff were always nice so it’s probably the way that company does business.
