Mini Mall Storage - Shelby

I own a storage unit there in April all of my belongings were in my unit i have all the receipts providing proof of payment and everything. I go there the other day and not only is my gate code not working but all of my belongings are missing. I never received notice and when I spoke to the lady over the phone she seemed very unconcerned and basically lacked any knowledge on what happened with my belongings. That had everything, and me and my husband are completely destroyed because there was stuff in there that is NOT REPLACEABLE. They said they would provide me with the insurance information and i have YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING. Highly disappointed and would really like some clear and helpful answers.

They are great I needed a last minute storage and they got me in there quick the process was fast and moved my thinaags in the same day and the price isn't bad at all
