Mini Mall Storage - Splendora

Great storage unit have been using for years,no problems.

I am forced to give a 5 star rating for this establishment, only because they won’t let me give it 10 star rating. I find myself needing to find a storage unit immediately yesterday evening. I’m probably called 10 places trying to find one that would accommodate my needs and was available immediately. I cannot say enough for the customer service performed by Trudy. I was thankfully contacted by her last night on the phone and she went above and beyond helping me locate the correct unit, get it rented, and I was moving in an hour later. The only difficulty I had , caused by my navigation system, were quickly resolved by Trudy. Kind, competent, caring, and just a wonderful personality. Thank you Trudy. What you doing may just seem part of your regular day, but for myself, it was a welcome relief and great assistance. You need storage around the Splendora area? I highlight recommend Mini Mall Storage in Splendora, Texas!

It's ok. We had a lot of trouble when the owners swapped but it seems to be getting better now as far as service.
