Purchased a storage unit at auction and they took off my tamper tag and lock before I arrived for pick up. The jewelry display case in auction photos was missing. I tried for a month to get corporates attention on the matter. Was told over and over they would call me back and I never got an answer back and it doesn't seem that they care the manager is ripping people off and tampering with the auction units. I don't recommend this place at all. There were even cameras but the manager said she was the only one there that day and the only one who could look at the video footage and that she had to open my unit because I couldn’t have done it myself. I took the unit and did not request a refund because I did not want to get banned from the auction for non payment. Not to mention I couldn’t leave this review if I didn’t take the unit.

I just wanna thank Ms. Terri for all her help. She was so friendly, and kind, and funny as heck. Also, Ms. Delores her assistance for being kind, and friendly, and funny as heck also. Thank y'all so much for all y'all help.
