If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I had our house flood and we needed somewhere to keep our things while we found a new house and could move out of the apartment we were staying at. The storage company said it would be a certain price and every month they jacked the price up. The storage unit door was so broken it was almost impossible to get open. All of our stuff would have dirt all over it. When we called the cancel because we didn’t need the storage anymore, they said they’d take us out the system. TO THIS DAY they still charge us over $100 a month even though we haven’t used the storage in several months. We keep calling to cancel and even though we already paid cancellation fees, they STILL take money from us. We are beyond frustrated and will never use this company again!
