I recently used Mini Mall storage at the Trinity Alabama location and Nichole was a blessing to work with! I was very distracted at the time and Nichole made sure to contact me as I had accidentally gotten behind on my payment. She worked with me to make sure I did not lose my items, followed up with me several times by my request, and her customer service was excellent, Top Notch! I recommend contacting her for all of your storage needs.

My experience here has been great. The unit is clean and I've never had a problem with bugs and the facility is safe and I don't have to worry about the security. Glenda in the office has always went above and beyond and out of her way to help and assist me any way she can. She's always so friendly and so sweet and has always felt like family to me. She's so caring and has always asked about me if my boys call or visit the office. I can't say enough good things about her and the storage mall. She always has a smile on her face. I've been with this place for two years thank you Glenda for everything!!!
