Went by today and had the pleasure to meet Tammie, Jeremiah, and Angel. I had some questions and concerns, and I’m very pleased with their responses. Highly recommend MiniMall Storage.

Review:

The gate lock code was incorrect. The lock code on the unit was incorrect. No 24/7 service to help straighten things out. It was after hours...But to rectify that issue, I received a great customer service call from the location office personnel and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me anything I needed to help me feel comfortable about the mishap. It is a good idea to actually have 24/7 customer service and someone on call after hours.
