Mini Mall Storage - West Memphis

My mother is on auto pay. They took out money for the unit on the day she was told was her last day to empty her unit. We showed up to empty her unit and was told we needed to speak to Faith the manager to get her money returned. My mom left multiple messages that were never returned. The only time Faith returned her call was when we asked for the regional manager to call us. My mom is a senior citizen on a fixed income and this business has stolen money from her for a service they did not provide. We have filed a dispute with her bank and reported this business to the BBB. Senior citizens beware!
Edit: The regional manager did call my mother and offered a sincere apology and refunded her money.

I am on auto pay. This happens every since the new company took over. I have had the manager yell and scream at me multiple times. She graduated with my daughter and is SOoo absolutely rude. I have called to speak with her manager and left multiple messages. Even my credit card company has been online to ensure that the payments were properly processed. They have intentionally not processed all units to make me loose my belongings. I can never get in and this is my response. Absolutely nothing. My unit has been broken into. My china and multiple other things are missing. This is very unprofessional. I have been getting this message below for months. I do not get responses just this. The gate is left open multiple days and nights in a row. I have had termites snakes and roaches in the building.. wow. And they have been notified. I have insurance and nothing has been done. WOW.

Today January 3, 2025, the manager opened my federal express envelope clearly not addressed to Her, Ms Grays & opened my credit card up... Clearly..not addressed to her.. threw away the fed ex envelope in the trash, write me an email that she did it. Did not apologize. This is clearly a felony.. blatant opening with harmful intent as you can clearly tell that it was a credit card in the envelope. WOW.. I did notify my credit card company, federal express and authorities. Just WOW ?. What is the people coming to to commit such heinous acts? Photos to be uploaded
