I was in need to have several items moved and everyone I called was too expensive. Finding their card in a home for sale I took a chance and called. They were professional, courteous and efficient in moving my items. They were careful to not scratch the floor, damage the wall or my property. I will be using them again.
My experience with Mini Movers 757 was great the staff was on time very friendly, got the job done fast with very little problems. nothing was broken and everything was put back as found and they fixed things that was already broken. I would use this guys again and also tell my friends about them.

I have used Mini Movers 757 in the past and had a great experience with them. This time the experience was horrible on the administrative end. I was originally set up for a Saturday move however, when I got sick, I called on Friday evening to ask if they had availability for Monday the owner Reginald said that the availability was there& I rescheduled for Monday, February 20. My appointment was at 11 a.m. I called to find out an ETA around 10:50 a.m. and the owner called me back 5 minutes later stating that they were in Willoughby (I live in Hampton), I was told that they would be in route to me in 45 minutes and would call when they were on the way. I called 7 times with no response & finally some person claiming to be an employee called me with some foolishness claiming that the other job that they had was more than they were told blah blah blah and that they were in VA Beach and I was next on the list. Fast forward 30 minutes later when I mentioned a discount Reginald called me & claimed that I was going to get a discount. It took 3 more hours for me to hear from anyone from this sorry company. Finally some guy named Joshua comes...he asked what I needed done while Reginald sat in the truck. I explained that I needed basically all of my furniture discarded into the dumpster and the other items needed to be moved into my new place which was only 1 courtyard away(in the same complex)...Joshua leaves and Reginald calls me 10 minutes later saying that due to me having more items than I stated, he would increase my price to $210(it was originally $150). Long story short they ended up leaving to go and get more people ...Around 7:15 p.m. The guys came to move my home...Joshua and Reginald went to the ABC store& the other guys were very nice and moved everything that I asked them to move. Reginald approaches me about the bill & is not budging on the price so I ended up paying the $210 because I needed to be out of my old unit today however, I will be filing reports to the necessary agencies on him. My move took an hour and 15 minutes and I was overcharged. I will NEVER use this company again. Reginald, you should be ashamed of the way that you conduct business& I will spread the word.
The owner sat in the truck the entire time his two helpers moved my stuff. No direction or guidance. Then he wanted to charge more by stating that he didn't anticipate the set up of my storage unit. The items in my storage unit were placed without care or concern. My belongings were placed into the storage unit without any strategy and the space was not efficiently used. I spent an hour rearranging my things into a functional arrangement. I told him to put certain items in the front of the storage, that did not happen. What he fails to realize is that I have used his services on previous occasions and the service was better. He's lost me as a customer.
****Oh no, Mr. Owner, sir! Mr. Stewart's wife booked the move with Mini Movers 757. I'm looking at the receipt as I type. I know EXACTLY which company tried to take my money. Mini Movers 757 of Virginia Beach. I even spoke to you on the phone - TWICE. In fact, I have a record of my calls to you on my phone. My wife spoke to you thrice. In fact, my wife was on the phone with Living Social when they called you to inquire why you redeemed the voucher without rendering service and you blamed a new employee. Remember us now? Also, for the benefit of all readers, please tell us how you came upon this information that I booked with another company? The people and myself deserve a better explanation than a flimsy attempt to besmirch another company, assuming there is such a company operating in Tidewater area of Virginia. Finally, what does 300 plus moves have to do with anything? That's like a crook who robbed the 7/11 telling the cops he didn't rob it the 300 previous visits.**** REVIEW: Where to begin ... we can't say whether they are good movers or not because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Despite scheduling their services over a month in advance – they left us HIGH AND DRY in our rental unit that we had to vacate. For 2 days they made excuses and promises (that is, when we could actually contact them – they hardly ever answer their phone). For 2 days we waited desperately, leaving regular messages that we HAD to vacate our rental unit that weekend. The first day when they failed to show up, we started calling. It took 5 hours to finally get thru. It was clear they had no intention of meeting their obligations that day. However, they told us they would make it up to us and show up “first thing in the morning' the next day. Of course they never showed up the next morning. Or, ever. The next morning when the failed to show up, and after numerous attempts, I finally reached them and they said they were 2 hours away on another job despite blowing us off the previous day and despite their promise to be there “first thing”. And again, they never showed up. I spent my Father’s day sitting in my rental unit waiting and leaving a message every half hour. They not only never showed up, they never called. As of this day, they haven’t called, even to say sorry. Here’s the kicker: we secured their services thru LivingSocial (it’s like Groupon). Despite never showing up, somehow they cashed in a voucher to receive payment, something they supposedly could only do when we hand the voucher to them after completion of services. What nerve! They don’t do what they say they’re going to do, they leave you in a lurch, won’t talk to you or apologize – and then they try to take your money anyway. Folks, there are just too many good companies with great reviews out there to choose from to patronize a company like this. For instance, we rented a UHAUL that second night and hired an outfit call “Moving on Up”. They showed up the very next morning … on time. AND, they answered their phone. BTW, the 5 star review from Reginald Geth is bogus - he's the company owner!!
