This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Starts off 20 min late. Nick and his helper, Evan show up in a Penzke 16 ft long truck. Mt belongings have never fit in a 16 foot long truck ever!

3 hours later, the truck and van…. that my boyfriend had to take him to get…was packed, unprofessionally and sloppily. Did I mention that Nick is an older gentleman, well indeed he is.

We get to my new condo on the 3rd floor and acts as if he had no clue we were moving to a 3rd floor condo, which is comical because being in the moving industry… it’s the first thing you ask. I ask my 2 sons to meet us there and thankfully they did… an hour into us and I do mean “us” unloading, Nick and Evan tell me they need to take their hour lunch. THEY LEFT THE TRUCK IN THE DRIVE FOR US TO UNPACK WHILE THEY WENT TO EAT LUNCH. My sons and boyfriend carried the washer, the dryer, my heavy dressers and just about every box. At the end of it, they started at 10:30 went to1:30 took a lunch came back at 2:30 and finally after it all was finished at 3:30. @ 120$/ hr and 50$ for the truck it came out to 600$. I could’ve had 3 professional movers with a moving truck for 3 hours and it cost just about the same without having to lift a finger! Oh also, he ripped my brand new sofa which was still wrapped in card board and plastic. It is my opinion that this company along with Nick need to retire. Good luck to you while your robbing people, it won’t last buddy!

These guys are awesome. We just had them move a new piece of exercise equipment (that was quite heavy) from our garage to the basement. They went above & beyond our expectations. We will definitely use Mini Movers again. Highly recommend!

This guy is a fraud. He was supposed to move me then cancels at 8:30 the day of after booking 3 days in advance. Now I'm stuck for another week. Thanks buddy.

Update to his response. We were supposed to move on the 28th and 29th. It was 50s and 60s. Even more reason he is a fraud and a liar. Read the rest of the reviews. This guy is a joke. His text mentions nothing of ice and snow. Only he moved to 11 the night prior which was no problem with weather and then canceled 5 minutes before the move. If the guy was a heart surgeon you are dead on the table. Get a different career buddy.

Totally agree w the other poor reviews. This company has gone downhill since the last time i used them and i won’t be using them again. Nick is very slow to respond for just a quote and check availability. Also, he was totally unprofessional on the phone. I had a bad feeling when we finally connected (no apology for not returning my calls) then he couldn’t confirm their availability on 2 different occasions when we spoke. I was getting desperate to check this off my list and he didn’t seem interested in getting my business. I was patient bc we used them in the past but definitely had the impression their service& management have gone downhill . I was promised a call back over the weekend, he never called. He doesn’t work before 11am nor a minute past 5pm to even check his schedule after taking 3 weeks to reach him! Good thing i booked another company who was very easy and pleasant to work with. I don’t recommend using this company.
