Clean, easy in and out access

Manager at this location never seems to be available. An overlock was placed on our unit. Issue was resolved, but now there is an issue having the lock removed. Substitutes onsite are not equipped with the tools needed to assist customers. We were told the lock would be removed first thing in the am. It is now almost 10:30am and no one seems to have a key to remove their lock! We were told we would not be able to utilize the unit til possibly 12:30 pm or later. The frustration is, the facility is quick to act when there is an issue on the consumer side, but slow to respond when it’s on their end.

Wonderful storage facility! So glad that I've had my things stored here for 2 years now. The price is great, facilities always clean and fragrant-smelling, even the bathrooms, and the customer service is top-notch!
