Did not use their services but they definitely need to learn how to drive. Almost pushed us off the interstate. I’m 36 weeks pregnant also had my 5 year old with me.
Pay attention and be more careful!!!! Completely insane driving like that!!

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, positive attitudes, and helpful. They were on time and handled all of our large furniture/appliances with ease. We had them hold our items on their truck overnight and bring it to the new location the following day. Using Minute Man made our move a little less stressful. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I reserved three movers to pack up my entire one bedroom apartment home into a moving truck that I would be driving myself. Not only were they an hour late, but only two guys showed up. Apparently the other guy called in sick and no one felt they needed to notify me. They were not professional at all when they arrived, did not introduce themselves, or apologize for being late. The guys that were there did not have an sense of urgency about getting my belongings into the truck. They seemed as if this was the first time they were ever moving household items. They were not gentle with my things and did not have any padding on their equipment which resulted in multiple items being damaged. They left before the apartment was done - saying they were done for the day. My brother and I had to help pack with them since they were moving so slow and then finished the job by ourselves. When I contacted them about my experience, Hunter (the manager), asked if I needed anyone else to come by to finish the job or if he could come by to try and fix the furniture that was damaged. I moved my furniture out of state. He told me those guys had been with their company for a while and had only ever had positive reviews - which was shocking. He did not offer to refund any of my money since I still had to do the majority of the work on my own and now have damaged items. Instead, he said he appreciated my feedback even though it was negative. All around it was a horrible experience with the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Minute man movers recently moved my elderly parents from Irmo, SC to metro Atlanta. The price was extremely fair and the 3 men who moved them exemplified an excellent work ethic. They were very polite, hard working, and treated their belongings as if they were moving their own furniture. We are all very pleased with their service!!
