They only want cash, When you speak to them on the phone they will not tell you service charges that go on the bill, they will charge you from the time they leave, not when they get there. They will charge you 100$ for washers and driers and from where we lived it would take about 20 minutes but it took them an hour and 10 minutes.

Was brief in messaging to set up a call and very rude over the phone. When I mentioned I already gave him details via messaging and texts, he got snappy and said that it was someone else and asked what we discussed, and before I could answer said, 'or do you even remember?' I called him out on being rude and not letting me finish my sentence. To which he continued to talk over me to say he 'isn't like that' then proceeded to try and give me a quote with no details.

Asked the locations and size of the two destinations and said it would be an 8 hour day. I explained that I had already provided details stating we only wanted a few larger items moved and already had our own truck, and he said it would still be 7 hours then and quoted a high price. When I said it shouldn't take more than 3 hours to move 2 beds, a couch, and loveseat over a 10 minute distance he said the hours include their driving to and from their offices and include the cost of the truck even though I had a truck rental already.

I wasnt bothered nearly as much by the fact that it was not the right service to meet the need, that is fair that they focus on more holistic services. I was however bothered by his attitude, continually cutting me off even after I asked to let me finish speaking, and disregard for any of the information I was trying to share. Glad we have multiple quotes from other companies that have been far more professional and courteous.
