We hired Minuteman Movers to help us move to our new home. Initially they were booked up but after hearing all the raving reviews, I was willing to postpone our move to use their services. The day of our planned move my husband and I both took off work. I received a phone call a half hour before expected arrival saying that due to illness they wouldn't be able to come. I'm a reasonable person and I understand unexpected things happen. Pam, the secretary, assured me that they could come on Sunday morning instead. Sunday morning came and I called the office twice to get a time frame for when the movers would come. NO one returned my call. I reached out through Facebook messenger and whoever runs it said it was unacceptable and the office would be contacted immediately. It's been four days and still no one has reached out with any explanation or an apology. Sadly because of this experience with Minuteman Movers I cannot ever recommend them. The lack of courtesy and business professionalism alone, leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. It created an extremely stressful situation even harder for us. Thankfully we were able to get help from some dear friends but not everyone has that option and for those that expect to rely on a company like this with our experience, they too, would be sorely disappointed.

I have to say moving sucks! It's just that simple. However working full time and moving primarily alone isn't easy. Without a long story cause lord knows I could....minute man movers were right on time. So that was my first relief and plus for them as a company. Then they were both such sweet nice gentleman and very professional and worked together nicely and easily to get my sons and my furniture situated. They asked how I like everything if I needed anything else they weren't grumpy and half fast ppl like some companies. I was so pleased with how nice they did everything I recommended them immediately to a friend who's moving as well. I highly recommend minute man movers and remember everyone yes it's their job to move YOUR stuff but it's not as easy as they make it look so a little extra helps them on their way to the next move they have. Oh and my little princess was happy after they left too and they even acknowledged her little presence. Lol...good bunch of guys and you may not move in a minutes time but these guys can...thank you both for your help today! From us and little lily.

What a smooth, easy, transition we had using Minute Man Movers!!! Can’t say enough good things about Dave and Nick who handled our move. Courteous, timely, professional, and very careful. Also, Pam in the office was great answering all our initial questions. Highly recommend Minute Man Movers. Thanks so much for such a positive experience.

Incredible service by Minuteman Movers. First they could not help me on the date I wanted, but they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. Then they tell me they are coming at 8 AM and they don’t, they come at 7:45 AM. My team (they have 3 teams) were Dave and Nick. They couldn’t be nicer and worked together with great efficiency. 5 out of 5stars for me. Thanks guys.
