Everything went very smooth with our move. The workers showed up on time and eager to work. They were extremely kind And a pleasure to work with. Jeramy and Chris did an absolute amazing job!!! I will certainly be calling Miracle Movers of Florida again for any future moves. Thank you so much for your service. I greatly appreciate you!!!

If I could give Miracle Movers a negative 10 I would. They were the worst. When my furniture was delivered after being in storage at Miracle movers a lot of my contents were missing and my furniture had black marks all over the bottom areas and my flat screen tv was damaged. I contacted the manager and he had told me “we don’t mix other clients things with other peoples”. Then he sent me a video of the empty faults that my things were stored in. I just wonder if he really thought that I knew for a fact that’s where my things were stored. He could have sent me any empty vault. He accused me of not unpacking all of my things before I informed him that several of my things were missing. How would I know that my things were missing if I didn’t unpack everything. He and the owner flat out refused to reimburse me for all of my missing items. He gave me the owners number the owner stated that it wasn’t him when he answered. I informed the manager that he had given me the wrong number and he stated that he ABSOLUTELY did not give me the wrong number. Miracle Movers took know accountability for losing my items. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I cannot say enough great things about Chance Kelly, and his moving company! Starting with the in-home visit to assess the job, Chance was thorough, efficient and professional. He explained in detail of the care that his crew would take with my furniture and possessions. On loading day, the crew worked quickly, but very carefully. They seem to have a plan and carried it out. They took great care in packing the TV and other fragile items.
Delivering the furniture, once again, they had a plan and carried it out smoothly.
Special kudos to Frank, who led the crews. Definitely a man who knows his job! He saw that great care was taken with everything.
Chance went the extra mile and picked up furniture I had just purchased at the warehouse AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Who does that?!!
If you have furniture you want let go of, he’ll donate it to Nana’s House a local charity!!
