Mission Moving

One day after contacting Mission Moving back in April 2022 I had to cancel my move back to Florida due to a bad address on Craigs List. This company is not a moving company, but a brokerage company. They have refused to return my $950 deposit. If you’re seeking a moving company stay far away from Mission Moving of south Florida. They will keep your money and cause you much and many headaches because they are just a brokerage company who sells your information to the highest bidder. They will produce a document they call a contract. It is not, it’s not legal or binding because they won’t sign the estimate. They are an LLC operation not liable for anything. Very bad news. Keep looking for a real moving company, you’ll be much happier if you do without any issues or problems.

Scam. The talked me into using them with a price not much more than what It would have cost me. By the time they showed up the price more than doubled. They are a bait and switch business. They aren’t movers they are moving brokers. The price didn’t increase till the point where I had no choice. I am so dissatisfied that I will leave them a horrible review every week for the rest of my life. If you read this run as fast as you can from ever doing business with these crooks.

Filing a complaint with BBB and the Attorney General of Florida.

Mission Moving will promise everything when you call in, move date pick up, and that it only takes 10 days to move there, but they have 21 but it never takes that long, First the original move date was not met, The contracted mover called me on the 29th of May and said the move was set for May 30, and that I would need a shuttle to move the belongings into the complex. Ted Roberts at MM said he had looked at the satellite pictures and that the moving truck could fit, now the contracted mover said I needed a shuttle at extra costs and that they could take up to the whole 21 days to move and could not give a date range of delivery. The only reason I signed the contract was because of the verbal agreements that where made, after reading the contract I say that I had made a huge mistake in agreeing to use this company. the written contract that you have to sign, guarantees no pick up date or delivery date, Even though the verbal agreement was made. Now MM is suppose to contact me in regards to my deposit which I suspect they will not refund. SO DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BROKER< THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN THE CONTRACT AND THEN YOU ARE GUARNTEED NOTHING> NO DATES< EXTRA CHARGES IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH THE COMPANY < DO NOT USE FIND A MOVING COMPANY NOT A BROKER

Worst moving experience ever and rude! They make you empty promises and don't deliver. I had items arrive wet, some others were placed in a box that I did not originally packed and a lot of items are damaged. I also, got part of my delivery and have to wait 2 more weeks to get the rest of my stuff. When I called, they told me that they delivered my 'essentials' and that I will get the rest of my stuff later. They were very careless and rude. What do they kniw about essentials. My son's medical devices are on the rest of the shipment and is not essential?
