Mitchell Moving

Our experience with Mitchell Moving was excellent. It was a three-day process of packing, loading trucks, and unloading in a new town. We were kept well informed along the way of when the team and trucks would arrive. The packing/moving team of Eddie, Will, Duane, and Luis were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently, and took great care with our belongings. They were very professional and courteous, but also a lot of fun. We would highly recommend Mitchell Moving to anyone seeking a moving company.

Our experience with Mitchell Moving was excellent. It was a three-day process of packing, loading trucks, and unloading in a new town. We were kept well informed along the way of when the team and trucks would arrive. The packing/moving team of Eddie, Will, Duane, and Luis were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently, and took great care with our belongings. They were very professional and courteous, but also a lot of fun. Eddie and Dwayne were absolutely amazing! My moving start time was between 9:00-10:00 am. Eddie called me at 8:45 and said they would arrive around 10:00. They were at my storage unit ready to go at 10:00 sharp. My previous movers had stacked my boxes and containers (not very well) over 2 years ago. Eddie called to let me know that some of my containers were damaged, and that items might be broken inside, due to how they were stacked, but that they would be extra careful in getting them out and transporting them carefully to avoid any additional damage. They arrived at my home and were ready to unload and took extra time to understand what needed to be moved to what part of the house. They were also extra friendly to our sweet little dog. They were so sweet to not let my sister or I lift, carry or move anything they even remotely thought would be heavy. Very courteous and gentlemanly. The biggest challenge was moving my bed... it is HEAVY, I mean 300 lbs heavy, and it needed to go upstairs. They took extra time and consideration into how it would get upstairs with minimal damage, and worked with my brother in law about the best way to get it into the master bedroom. They did warn me that there might be a bump or dent in the walls trying to get it up there, which I was fine with. They managed to get it upstairs and into the master with zero damage. I know that was not at all easy for them. I couldn't believe what an outstanding job they did not only with the bed, but with everything. Any items that were damaged were definitely done from previous movers and storage, not a single thing was damaged by Eddie or Dwayne. They took extreme care with all my stuff, and I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. They were also incredibly friendly and funny on top of being professional, helpful and hard working. They worked very fast and efficiently, and in total it was 3 hours from the storage unit, to completely unloading the truck at my home. Before leaving they let me know about their other locations, as well as the other services they provide outside of moving. Overall, I was not only satisfied, but impressed with Eddie and Dwayne and everything they did. They were work every single penny. No doubt I would hire them again in the future without hesitation! Mitchell moving was so great! Eddie, Duane, and Luis were careful and meticulous but also efficient. They packed and unloaded everything without doing any damage. They were personable, respectful, kind and funny. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Much better than several previous experiences with Gouffon Moving. Highly recommend!
