Review:
Told the office person that I have a steep driveway and she said no problem They showed up with a rented U-Haul, which is very low in the back instead of their own truck which they said was being used elsewhere so they had to call a tow truck company to move it off my driveway because they got stuck so they had to carry the furniture down the hill which took more time and more money for me. I can’t blame the guys who moved the furniture they were nice.It also cost me another $200 more because it took more time.. not very happy about the situation . After the owner found out about what went on with my moving situation, he got right with me and gave me back my $200 and he did not know what had gone on and apologized. Thank you, Mitchell moving for getting back with me and resolving this situation and I would use you again.
