i bought very expensive honey comb shades from Mitchells about 5 years ago. I have called twice in the last two weeks to find the brand name of the shades so that I can get a replacement kit for the strings. Both times the young man said he would return my call. No call back. The service is not what it used to be there. Too bad as they used to be great.
