M&M Moving and Storage Co.

I’ve used M&M to move two times in the past year and they did an amazing job! Very clean, courteous, and took care not to damage or lose any of my items :)

Amidst a very confusing interstate move that my family and I went through, M&M was a very pleasant surprise. They were able to accommodate all the changes I had to make along the way due to delays in the new house availability and the crews were great, both at pick-up and delivery. The price is on the same ball park of other companies but without last minute surprises/increases that I heard from other companies and the service provided is totally worth it.

Absolute Rockstars in every way. The guys were super professional & Courteous from the moment they entered our house. The office staff is great, the follow up and make sure all is good. They have my STRONGEST recommendations. I will be using them again.

If I could give half a star I would. Though they made the move with no damages and paid for my lost merchandise, as they should, this company has subpar professionals working for them. I had a gentleman named Greg who with his partner had moved my materials from my old apartment to a storage area then to my new apartment. They lost the legs to my bed and left some packaging material at the apartment I moved from. It took 2 weeks to get my legs and, in the meantime, I had to sleep on my couch and I have back issues and did not want to sleep on my couch or a low level bed. I spoke to one of the representatives, Landra and then to a manager named Michael. I asked if they could discount my moving costs considering the inconvenience to me. He flat out refused and essentially implied that since my materials were in storage, someone could have had access to my storage area to only take my bed legs out of a storage area that had all of my belongings including, a couch, TV e.t.c.

My advice is stay away. I wish I had known sooner than later. In fact, an individual had told me after the fact that I should have gone with another company than this mediocre company.
