Horrible road raging commercial driver. Ran red lights, riding a$$ of cars excessive speed This is the driver flipping the bird. Very poor “professionalism”. I called the company and have yet to get a return call.

Update: portal login is now broken. Downgrading to two stars.

Prior:
SIX EMAILS TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE at last count AND THE PAYMENT STILL NOT PROCESSED ON THEIR SIDE. Would NOT recommend.

Finally they sent a machine invoice (after several calls back and forth). But registration requires a fictitious 'ORDER NUMBER' that doesn't appear anywhere on the invoice. So, can't pay over the phone, nor with their portal. (turns out it's 'CONTACT NUMBER').

Payment portal only allows one month at a time. So, cannot pay for the year.

Only one person is responsive. And they are slaves to the poorly implemented system. Customers are worse off.

So human flow is broken, portal has wrong information.

When it was Brekke storage, it was awesome, payment was a breeze over the phone. Now I have to make multiple calls and about a dozen emails just to clarify a payment issue. Which, after six days, is still not resolved. I've been a solid customer, always proactive on paying. This will change.

Helped my mother move some things in her unit and was harassed by some lady in a truck. Asking who I was and what I was doing. Stop acting like the police please.
