I was in contact with Modo when I needed moving help fast. BJ was my first contact then Joe followed up. Dan came in and did an assessment and gave me a quote. Dan also answered all my questions. Javier, Reyes, and Arturo were absolute rock stars on moving day. Thank you all for your help and understanding of my disabilities.

So disheartening to find out the truth about a company at a high financial cost. to myself. Same story as others. Estimate was no where near the quote. They adjusted the price UP 3 separate times. It was over doublle my original quote.
The movers also tried to get me to leave the payment in cash at the new place. Tried really hard for me to do that--which was very shady.
Also as other, no regard for my belongs. Dropped and broke items in front of me with no care. I said 'you just broke that nightstand?!?' The mover said 'File a claim' and walked out.
They damaged many items--some I couldn't fix as they shattered them or they were unfixable. Hoping my claim will help with some of the damage.
I have emails of Randy Peacock offering to resolve my issue---then he stopped responding to me and has left me leaving a negative review. First time I've ever done this as I always try to work anything out. A single mom moving from a high income area (Lake Oswego) was too easy of a prey for them. DO NOT USE!!
