A lot of our things were broken. No care or consideration for any of our things. Broke things in our new place. Incredibly rude to our new management. I would not recommend this company.

The movers acted like they didn't care about our stuff. The crammed fragile boxes in a big box with random stuff. I saw them drop fragile boxes and they didn't say a thing until I said something. They were unpoligetic.

Moda Moving is a lie. They did thousands of dollars of damage and only had to pay 134 dollars based on weight, not how much the items were worth. Wouldn't give a refund stating they did the job and paid what they had too. They didn't care about my experience!

SCAM ALERT

Similar to others here, the quote and the actual cost for move are nowhere near one another. Every hidden fee appears on your bill, sometimes after you have authorized a total over the phone.

It took 2 months to get a fully itemized receipt actually showing all the charges and all the additions are for time that wasn't included in the original quote (even though it should have and I even did an in-home visit to make it accurate) or were hidden fees not disclosed or hidden in the fine print. Do not trust anything Dan tells you, he will flat out lie to make a sale. When pressed to provide accurate receipts, it took another month for them correct them and the entire process was liberally coated in hostility on their side. I cannot express how awful their sales and management staff is.

Also, DO NOT STORE ANYTHING WITH MODA. Just liberating my stuff cost me $500 because they will bill you for 6 hours of labor minimum (I stored a one-bedroom apartment). They do not discloze any of this in advance. They are sammers or incompetent, either way they do not deserve your business or any business at all.
