SCAM ALERT

Similar to others here, the quote and the actual cost for move are nowhere near one another. Every hidden fee appears on your bill, sometimes after you have authorized a total over the phone.

It took 2 months to get a fully itemized receipt actually showing all the charges and all the additions are for time that wasn't included in the original quote (even though it should have and I even did an in-home visit to make it accurate) or were hidden fees not disclosed or hidden in the fine print. Do not trust anything Dan tells you, he will flat out lie to make a sale. When pressed to provide accurate receipts, it took another month for them correct them and the entire process was liberally coated in hostility on their side. I cannot express how awful their sales and management staff is.

Also, DO NOT STORE ANYTHING WITH MODA. Just liberating my stuff cost me $500 because they will bill you for 6 hours of labor minimum (I stored a one-bedroom apartment). They do not discloze any of this in advance. They are sammers or incompetent, either way they do not deserve your business or any business at all.

Cam,Cole and Austin were responsible for our move from Hillsboro to Bend.Our furniture was carefully wrapped (in Portland)and arrived in Bend without any damage.There was a good amount of framed artwork (with glass)that they transported and it all arrived intact.All three worked seamlessly as a team and remained in good spirits in spite of the miserable heat.A great experience from start(with Dan Garrett)to finish (with Cam,Cole and Austin).Thank you.
