TERRIBLE service! We used this company for a military move to Alaska. When our furniture finally arrived all the crates were wet, some caved in on top, water pooled at the bottom. We are a family of 5 and all of our mattresses were wet, boxes had water pouring out of them. TV stand water logged along with other furniture. Thousands of dollars of our hard earned living destroyed. If we weren't on such a remote island it would be easy to replace these things. But it's extremely difficult to get furniture here. My worst nightmare and experience of our 6 moves in the military. If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would!

Horrible company and very unprofessional! As a military move, movers are supposed to rebuild anything that was unbuilt before the move and the movers did not do that because they ' didn't have tools' and was told someone would come back and no one ever did! They did not unpack anything, my furniture was messed up they didn't handle anything with any care and I was missing pieces of the bed and screws! Now that I'm trying to submit a claim and calling this company they keep giving me all these numbers to call and run arounds and have yet to submit anything! Save yourself the trouble and find another company that knows how to do their job!
