I just wanted to let you know what great employee you have in Linda at the UHaul - ModStorage facility in Laramie, WY. On October 31st, my van's transmission died and I was a thousand miles from home and needed a way to get home with all my equipment from my old van. Linda was so helpful and pleasant in such a stressful situation for me. She went over my options and made sure that I understood everything. She was truly a delight to work with. Since I had to drive by myself back to Pennsylvania, I did not know if I was going to make it in the time allotted with the rental. My wife spoke with Linda, who she said was so nice and helpful, and Linda was able to give me a waiver for another couple more days. The stress that was lifted can not be expressed.

I rented a parking spot for my trailer since there was no room for it at the apartment I was planning on moving into. I ended up renting another place and called to see if I could cancel my storage spot. They got everything taken care of super fast, and even refunded me since I hadn't moved in yet. Awesome cheerful service.
