Mona Lisa Moving Co.

I don't know where to the start - the part where I have text proving that we scheduled for Piano to be moved or the part where Angel yelled at my mother to the point she had a seizure. They didn't pack efficiently and I caught them using their phone rather than working multiple times. They say you get what you pay for, but at 2K for a half day of moving, this was ridiculous.

If I could give more stars I would! After reading so many reviews from other movers that read like horror stories and worst nightmares ever, I was up front with my concerns and that I was hesitant about hiring a mover for the first time. Matt came out and looked over all we had to move, talked with me about my concerns and sent an estimate. After my husband and I talked we hired Mona Lisa Moving Co and are so glad we did! Arrived on time. The guys got right to work and had our house on the truck within a few hours! I was stunned! When we got to the other place they would check with me for where everything went as they came in the door. No long breaks, no meanness, friendly, kind, I felt safe when my husband had to head out and it was just me and the kids. For first time hiring movers, it was the most wonderful experience! We had Matt and his team move some big items requiring some fore thought and planning. Matt rolled out the red carpet and executed the move of the items flawlessly. Highly recommend him for the job.

My lease had ended and needed to move quickly, they were able to fit me in last minute, arrived on time and got me moved quickly. Thank you for your hard work!
