Monster Movers

I had my moving on 05/10.
first guy cam in at 11:30 after calling me @9;00 AM that he will be there in 1 hour.
The person who was assigned cancelled last minute but instead of cancelling the move , there was an im- matured guy who was snot even able to hold the stuff. almost 6 scratches are there and i on website we do not see where we should post complain or some unhappiness they take call on. Money was taken when they were standing outside my new house, so whom should we take this now.
Scratches in my new house at multiple places. when my husband pin pointed, he argued and said he will leave stuff as is. now when we went inside house on Wednesday we see more scratches. he took cash $50 for dump which he did not do. Came late at 10:30 in my house, just t say he will go to ATM get cash and return which he never turned up.
When i am calling their number , no response just a default message is coming which means they know that my moving is done so for sure no one will pick the call. So finally NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY ALSO!!!!!
pathetic experience....not to be recommended.

Awful company! Showed up an hour late, awful customer service don’t use this company! Sarah Christy is very rude and unprofessional, they will charge you for the moving crews lunch break.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! I used these movers in July 2019 for a temporary move. I was a little uneasy when they showed up in a rented truck. I was not told ahead of time that I had to pay cash for the move, so they just parked the truck at the destination and waited until I went to the bank to get the cash ($1160) before they unloaded. In September 2019, I had the exact same things moved by a different company to my permanent home for less than half the price ($562). These people were much more professional and took better care with my things as they were moving them. Also, all three of the people WORKED! While the Monster Movers were moving, they took MANY breaks and complained about the heat. At times they sat in the cab of the truck with the air conditioning on. One of the three moving people (one was a woman) stayed in the truck to tell the other two where to put the furniture. I was TOTALLY RIPPED OFF by Monster Movers. I'm writing this review so that this will not happen to anyone else.
