Monster Self Storage Greenwood

I can’t give enough credit to Missy, who helped us with the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Missy went above and beyond and she’s the main reason we rented with Monster. She is certainly worth her weight in gold! You don’t find that level of customer service these days. She deserves a huge gold bar! That said, the units are clean and the facility seems well secured.

I’ve had a storage unit at Monster Self Storage for years. The staff is the absolute friendliest! I’ve always been greeted with a smile, and they have been incredibly helpful. The facility is temperature controlled and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
