Monster Self Storage Oakbrook

We had our boat stored outside for 3 yrs and never had any issues until now. Went by to check on it and found that someone had been on our boat and tried to steal our electronics and were unsuccessful. Also found a huge circle cut in the fence directly behind our boat. We called the office, left a message with after hours and still 2 days later haven’t heard a word from anyone.

I had a great experience. The girl who took care of me was very personable and did an excellent job especially being from another office working there temporarily. Great job! Have told several people I know needing storage about you. Thank you!

I stopped by to reserve a unit as I’m moving from Texas in a few weeks… and I can NOT say enough great things about Mary!! Customer service like she provides is rare! She was amazing! She took time with me and showed me the units and made suggestions and was just fantastic! Please give her a raise, etc to hold on to her! She is golden!

I purchased a unit on a Sunday but my access code would not allow me to enter. I contacted the call center and had to wait for about an hour and a half before assistant Manager called. Overall I was upset in the beginning but the end I was satisfied. I rated a 4 because I would expect the unit outdoor to be a little cleaner. The last tenant left items and there was a trail of dirt/sand on the floor. The door was dirty and not wiped at all. So my hands got dirty and cob Webb everywhere. All units should be treated as a climate controlled. Cleaned to entirety. The manager was very polite and made sure I got access she actually went above and beyond. Thanks Assistant Manager for turning my first experience around.
