I've been storing my boat here for the past couple of years with only one issue with the gate sometimes the new manager there named Virginia has been spectacular I spoke with her about it and she got it all taken care of and I often stop by to grab things from my boat and I always see here out doing something at the property I can tell she really cares thanks monster self storage for finding her and keeping her

FAKE REVIEWS. I will be emptying out my storage and taking my business somewhere else. I was given a 2 week notice by mail that my rental storage will be going up from $47. to $75. After renting here close to 10 years. Gate is always open. My rental along with a few other rentals was broken into a while back. Went as far as filing a police report. I was never notified by Monster Storage that some of the stuff was recovered at the police station and who they did notify went there and not only claimed and recovered their stuff but mine as well $2000 worth of tools. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got a letter in the mail today. Letting me know my storage rental will be going up in 2 weeks from $47.00 to $75.00. After renting from here for over 10 years. And was broken into a few years back with no compensation not even a free month and whoever broke into my storage got away with at least $1000.00 worth of my stuff. Went as far as having a police report filed.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

The manager,La’Mon, goes above and beyond to get you all set up to store your things and works with you on how long you need the unit for. Clean, well-run place!!!!!
