Review:

Horrible customer service. They are suppose to deliver a couch and bed since feb 2024 and it’s April. They state there missing pieces. But the company is telling me it was delivered and they lost. The girl JESSICA is rude Along with many staff members. do not use them for any deliveries!!!
UPDATE 4/16/24 got our delivery and no call back from JESSICA to confirm delivery. Driver was nice but they sent him ALONE to off load a massive custom couch, stuff wasn’t tied down in truck, our couch was broken and damaged in multiple places, BE READY TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK YOURSELF, poor guy was sent alone and NO DOLLY. Had to borrow ours and my husband had to carry items in with slipped discs in back, I’m 6.5 mths pregnant. We called back to tell Jessica about our damage and she refused to talk to us on the phone even the girl was talking to her next to her. They refused to give me someone higher than her for damages to our $7000 custom couch!! Horrible company especially taking on livings spaces as a new contract. Living spaces is looking into cancel contract now due to our treatment!! Yeah! And hopefully Jessica won’t be working there after hearing about how many complainant she has gotten.
