Monumental Moving Company

Monumental moving came through when no one else would! They creatively got our very large and very fragile laser from a detached garage and into our basement, which was no small feat as we don not have a walk out basement. The crew carried the 500 pound laser up 3 stairs and down 12 stairs together as a team and were all polite and helpful. So glad to have connected with an awesome locally owned company for this project

They were magnificent!!!!

I didn't know much about them other than the rave reviews I read online.

The first time I called, I got voicemail. I didn't leave a message, and about 10 minutes later, I received a call from Cara. She arranged for Casey to come and give me an estimate, and he scheduled three movers to help move out my mom's entire apartment since she is having her apartment repainted, and she is getting new carpeting.

Casey and Cara are very nice and professional!! They both said I could call them with any questions or concerns.

I did call Cara a few times before the move, and she was always very friendly and professional!!!

The movers arrived right on time and were the most professional, friendly, and accommodating movers I have ever had!!!

Ariel, Eric, and Fredis were so nice to my mom, and they went above and beyond to address all of my mom's concerns and make sure the move was stress free.

I am very thankful that I will see them again on Friday when they move everything back into her apartment.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning on moving.

It is very reassuring to know there is a dependable moving company out there that meets all of your expectations and then some!!!!!

They were efficient but slow. On cell phones a lot. Quoted one price and charged another. Sorry for missing quote. I made the error not monumental. I was charged the quoted price. I went back and checked. My error. Sorry for mistake.

Excellent service

Moving day can be an extremely stressful day. When I hired Monumental they said they were sending their three best guys and after my move I believe it! I think they were caught off guard because I had all my furniture and beds broken down already to keep things moving. They did a walk through the entire house as I directed them to what was to be loaded, they wrapped all my items to prevent damage with plastic and moving blankets. No items involved in the move were damaged which is wonderful. When they arrived at the new home all they wanted was a direction on where to put each item, they unwrapped each piece and even offered to reassemble. It was a very hot and full day of work but I could not have done it without the help of Monumental’s very nice employees. Definitely not overpriced and definitely worth it!
