I was so grateful to have a great crew to help us with our huge move. Ariel and the two men with him were professional and incredibly down-to-earth. They were extremely thorough and understanding. Cara was awesome in helping me navigate this whole move and prioritized my concerns. The whole team made moving a lot easier!

We just used Monumental Moving for our recent move and had a very positive experience with them. Casey was extremely professional and kind getting us on their schedule and assuring us that they could take care of everything we asked them to. Cara managed the logistics flawlessly, giving us a competitive quote and helping us get prepared for moving day. On day of, Ariel and his team of 4 knocked it out of the park. They moved us out of our condo and into our new home in under 6 hours, which was very impressive. They placed great care in protecting our furniture, maneuvering tight spaces with ease, and breaking down/setting up bulky items without issue. These guys are the real deal and you can tell they enjoy their work. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

My wife and I had the best experience with Monumental from start to finish. We were given an almost perfectly accurate cost estimate within 24 hours and worked with Cara as a point of contact. Cara was amazing and when we almost had a last minute delay in settlement (72 hours prior to moving appointment) she stayed in contact with us during her own time off to ensure we could keep our appointment. She also had backup plans ready should the settlement have been delayed. The movers arrived right on time and were unbelievably fast and efficient. I received a call from Cara one hour after the movers arrived to ask how things were going and if we needed anything additional. The movers asked several questions throughout the process to make sure that they were taking care of all of my needs. They also went way above and beyond what I had initially hired them to do, helping me with other major moving issues that came up that day. The owner of the company, Casey, called me the day after the move to thank me for my business and to request any feedback that I wished to provide. I could not recommend this company more and as long as I remain in MD/DC/VA area I will never hire anyone else. Thanks again for everything Monumental!!

Can't speak highly enough about monumental. Easy to deal with, responsive, cost effective and efficient. Small local move (one bedroom apt)and it couldn't have gone better. They were in and out..literally it was Bing, Bang,Boom.
