Mooney's Moving & Storage

Our move was easy, & professional. Mooney's moved us from Pa. In the early morning. To New Jersey by early afternoon with no issues. They were outstanding.

We used Mooney's for our office move. The guys were great! Showed up right on time & were done in no time! We really appreciate the amazing job done!

The most expensive move I’ve ever paid for. Did the complete service of packing, storage, and moving. The guys moving and packing were very nice. My complaint is about management and process. I was informed day of the move that they don’t put mattresses in mattress bags unless you buy them in advance. At no point was I asked if I wanted mattress bags. I figured that since I was paying for packing and storage the price would include proper packing and storage, no? It didn’t even occur to me that a professional service would charge extra for mattress protection. They don’t even bring them on the truck. So I had to go out and buy large format cling film because none of the hardware stores around me had large enough mattress bags. So the guys doing the packing and moving held the mattresses while I wound around them trying to protect and cover them so they wouldn’t get dragged around. I called the management office and asked that they be put into mattress bags before they went into storage for a few weeks. He assured me they would. They were not. One of the beds (brand new) I am now having to have professionally cleaned. But that’s not where it ends. Every box of glassware had at least a quarter of its contents smashed. I no longer have a complete set of any of water or wine glasses. Some as few as two made it. They were packed with cook books sitting on top of the glasses, not the bottom. The cardboard was completely crushed. So I knew it wasn’t going to be good before I even opened them. Additionally boxes were unlabeled and put all over the house. Not the guys fault moving them in. But now I’ve got a bunch of extra work opening boxes up and figuring out where they go. I called the office and he told me and I quote— “well you did move on one of the hottest days of the year.” So, I guess when it’s hot it’s fine if all your stuff is smashed. ??‍♀️ A very expensive move that just keeps getting more expensive as I open up more boxes.

Smooth moving experience from start to finish. The movers arrived early, and I was impressed at how fast the 3 movers packed and unloaded the truck. They were professional and very nice people. I would absolutely use this company for any future moves. I was so relieved everything went so well.

Great crew. Very good at their job and a pleasure to work with. Also fair price for the job. I would definitely recommend them highly and I would use them again.
