Staff is friendly and capable, facilities are well maintained and cleaned. Most importantly I received a call from the facility letting me know that last time I used my unit I did not engage the latch before putting my lock on. It is comforting to know how diligent they are in monitoring and inspecting the units. This one act let's me know all I need to know about what kind of business this place is.

It’s a nice facility and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very secure, I wasn’t ever worried about my things being at risk from theft or any kind of damage. Paying monthly was easily done online or over the phone and the automated reminder emails about upcoming payment was very helpful.

The manager, Dave, was always very helpful and courteous.
