The flexibility with their scheduling is very helpful and how quick they respond is very Impressive, the movers are always in a good mood and very polite. All my items were handled very carefully and none of my items are damaged!! The whole team at Moran moving answered all of my questions (trust me I had a lottttttt!) and their receptionist answered all of them which resulted in a hour and a half conversation!! As someone who has been through terrible customer service through the years it’s very refreshing to get good quality service! Which the world needs more of these days! They even go the extra mile for you and disassemble and reassemble all your items!!! Which is very nice since I don’t know much about tools.
