Great communication. So far the storage has been reasonable. We are satisfied.

This storage facility is always clean, no bugs, fairly priced
and office staff are easy to work with.

It was better before it was sold
Now they don't even have the bathroom door unlocked anymore.
The rate is higher
The service is long distance. Force insurance on you
Late fees are too high

The Staff at the Morehead Climate Controlled Self Storage were more the helpful, in helping me getting the reservation and payment information set up. I would recommend this storage unit.

Other then prices going up I have not had any problems. They keep the place nice and clean.
