I would give it 0 stars but it won’t let me. This place made me lose everything! They act like they don’t know their property is infested with rodents after their corporate call center said they are aware! No one in the office helped with getting issue resolved! Their corporate office said they were supposed to help me clean my unit and move me to another unit and not bill me. They did not comply! They did not offer me anything! They gave me the wrong insurance information In November and it’s now February and I finally got my money after getting a lawyer! Run don’t walk away from this place! I have an email from when I moved from them saying nothing would happen to my belongings! But I lost everything due to their negligence. I called the city on them and the manager Lisa called me and screamed at me saying ”YOU’RE TRYING TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WE HAVE RODENTS AND WE’RE NOT HELPING YOU WITH ANYTHING AND YOU WILL BE BILLED IF YOUR STUFF IS STILL IN THE UNIT!!” The inspector from the city said they don’t have any records showing they have ever treated any infestation with pest control. Don’t put yourself in a bind renting from this place. They definitely appear to care when you move in but they don’t and they will leave you high and dry! Even the insurance company said Morningstar greenbrier won’t respond to any claims the renters are putting in against their property. The insurance company saw my pictures of the damage caused by this place and said they will go ahead and pay me out because they felt bad for how this place treated me and how bad the infestation was. She said they wouldn’t have paid me otherwise because Morningstar of Greenbrier was trying not to let my claim go through! Whoever works at this place was never loved by their mothers or grandmothers! Just heathens!! This place is unsanitary and unsafe to store your precious belongings! These are some pictures and there are way more! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! That lady Lisa needs to be fired!!!
