It was painless. The sales agent Miss Priscilla was very helpful and attentive on what we need even when we change the size of the storage we actually needed. She is very good of what she does. She made my experience on renting this storage facility very easy and highly recommended.

The facility itself it’s clean and great. They are amazing when you sign up. Lack communication at move out, didn’t seem very helpful AFTER getting notice of cancellation. Funny how that works ?
