Morningstar Storage

Horrible experience! TLDR: sold a imaginary lock twice and a imaginary storage unit once.
I was advised by the representative that I would need to purchase a lock. When I questioned her quoting the below email stating that a lock was already purchased and was supposed to be in the storage unit, she said that does not apply. She advised that I would need to purchase a lock in order to secure the unit. I gave her a credit card. She then proceeded to take my credit card information. Afterwards, she advised that I would need to enter a security code that was different from the email I had received from Morningstar. I did so. Then she walked to the elevators and advised that the unit was on the second floor. When I found the unit, there was no welcome bag, no lock, nothing. I went back to the representative's office, and she advised that there was nothing she could do as she only worked weekends. But she would leave a note. Contacted Morningstar Corporate and was advised that there was nothing that they could do either. I should contact the local representative who already told me that there was nothing she could do. So I guess I will pay 100.00 dollars a month for a non-existent storage unit that has no lock. Great scam Morningstar.

You will have a welcome bag waiting for you in your unit. This bag contains the lock for you to use on your unit, as well as keys to the lock. This lock is yours to keep and will be charged to your account.'

Great Service by Melissa! I was out of town and needed an additional storage space. I called in and she took care of everything for me and it was ready for me when I arrived after midnight. Clean facility.
