Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend these storages.

Was a tenant for around 11 years. It started out really good. Was a secure place and well kept. I had a cargo trailer broken into at one point and a few thousand dollars worth of tools taken, but I take some of the responsibility as it was a standard lock that was cut with bolt cutters. The issue came when Morningstar bought out the original owners. They started increasing the rates 15% - 37% every year claiming it was market rates. You would have to shop around and fight to keep your rates from increasing. I finally got enough of it and moved to a nicer facility closer to my house at $100 less per month for a slightly bigger unit. It seems like the Morningstar facility prefers to cater to businesses rather than normal storage renters. They recently remodeled the bathroom, but for the past few years, that thing was disgusting.

Prices keep going up and they take away the perks. No value for more money
