Sydney is amazing! Got everything set up in a day! Great communication!

So I haven't rented here but a friend of mine has and I've spent several evenings there helping him organize his stuff. There's a lot to love about this place so I'm going to try and keep it simple with some sloppy bullet points -

- Secure gate, code needed for entrance & exit
- Large spaces between buildings so easy to park to load and unload without blocking anybody
- They seem very accomodating to the self employed entrepreneur, I noticed several tenants working out of their units
- 24 hour access that adds to the security for all the occupants.
- Bathroom with locking door that so far has always had tp and pt
- wash area for vehicles with a jump starter (very nice touch)
- units have light and 110 outlets
- The largest units have roll top doors on each end and very high ceilings. I want one so bad but none available.
- Lot is kept very clean
Props to the management and tenants. Hope I get one of your largest units some day. You seem to have every other storage lot beat.
CONS: It's a bit pricey but seems worth it for what you get. Also the street it's on is very dangerous during rush hours and I'm guessing becauae of the traffic there will be major road construction in the near future.

Not clean, loud music and disturbing car fixers. Rats all around, not for high end customers with RV and big toys. Management procrastinates everything that you ask them.
