The most unresponsive and careless staff. I have asked for them to replace the lightbulb in my unit 6 times. They have lied all 6 times telling me 'it will be don't this week'. I have talked to every person that works there and they are all the same. They simply don't care about customers. I don't want to go through the trouble of moving all my things to another place and of course they know that. Once you are in there your captive.

I had reservations for a truck 2 times and they where cancel so I had to reschedule my move out date and my helpers both times and this place don't care and have no concerns

James, the manager is very professional and attentive. The facility is clean and well maintained.
